UNA’S CONDO RULES
1. Pin number for access will be provided 15 minutes prior to entry.
2. Instructions for the unit is posted on the side of the cabinet near the downstairs bathroom or near the kitchen sink

4. This is a smoke-free zone both inside and outside. The penalty to de-smoke the apartment by a professional company is $350.
5. There are bath towels and bath cloths: 2 for each person.
6. Please do not touch the computer box in the cabinet below the TV.
7. Do not touch the small nub on the inside of the lock: You will see an arrow saying “Do Not Touch”.
8. The silver lock above the gold lock should be locked when inside.
9. To close the door: just pull the handle.
10. Please leave shoes on shoe rack at the door. Do not wear shoes in the house.
11. Please park only in your assigned space. Do not park in the driveway.
