We have a 5-bedroom Mediterranean style home in a quiet, safe suburban area. It is about a 5 minute drive to Pasadena (PCC, Caltech) and about a 20 minute drive to downtown Los Angeles.
At our home, you would have full kitchen access, access to shared living spaces (previous students have liked studying in our dining room :) ), air conditioning, heat, a TV, free street parking 24/7, and wi-fi access. We have two adjacent rooms available that share a restroom. The restroom has a shared sink and a separate room for the toilet/shower for privacy and convenience.
I am home often and will be available for any questions. Our home is quiet and would be great for students who need to study. Please, no pets and no smoking.
This is a comfortable quiet room for 1 person. It is on the ground floor near the entrance. It has a twin bed, closet w/ mirror, window, desk, lamp and TV. It shares a restroom with 1 other bedroom and would only be shared if the other room is occupied.
