Belmont Heights/Shore is a popular place for locals and visitors alike. For outdoor activities, our home is a short walk to the beach, Belmont Pier, bike and jogging paths, and Bluff Park. The great weather makes the area enjoyable year round.
There are many restaurants and bars close by in the Second Street area and on Broadway Ave. The area is wonderful to stroll the pleasant neighborhoods.
The space
The suite is the lower level of a home with a private entrance and completely separate from the upstairs unit. It is comfortably furnished. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides for good privacy. Bathroom is in the middle. The living room has a smart TV. There is a dining area with table for 4. Everything is provided for in house meal prep. The shared patio has a gas BBQ. For your comfort in the warmer summer months, there is one window AC unit in the larger bedroom, a tower fan in the second bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms.
The neighborhood is very walkable at all hours. A full grocery store is close by as well as restaurants, bars and various personal services.
Host lives in front house. Guests can text or use app text.
For stays longer than a few days, a washer and dryer can be made available to use upon request.
Guest access
One off-street parking spot is available. Extra large vehicles will not fit. Parking on local streets is free. Street sweeping occurs on Thursdays and Fridays between 10am-noon.

There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD NOISE anytime. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Contact the host if you have visitors.
Being the lower level of a house, naturally there may be sounds from upstairs depending on who is occupying.
