Apt was built in 1940, the apt sleeps 4 adults 1child comfortably. There are stairs going into apt. 2 front door 1st door downstairs 2door upstairs lock box. Parking is pretty easy during the day nights can be tuff you might have to drive a couple blocks. Please don’t ding me for that, it’s street parking and I have no control. Walking distance to beach 2nd St, Beach. There is extra linen, towels blankets. we are pet friendly also
