Nestled in a quiet Colusa neighborhood, this delightful house offers 3 bedrooms downstairs, a master with a king and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 doubles. Each bedroom has a mounted TV with cable service. The bedroom upstairs is connected to a children’s play area and has a queen bed. The children’s space has a dress up area, play kitchen, coloring books, chalk board, DVD player and plenty of toys to encourage lots of play! The space upstairs has a split heat/air unit, so it is always comfortable.
The home includes a well stocked kitchen, with all the amenities, including spices, to allow for home preparation of gourmet delights. A variety of coffees, teas, creamers and sweeteners are provided. There is alway a welcome fruit bowl.
