This stunning and highly upgraded pool home is perfect for three families. It has three master suites: two with cal king beds and ensuites and one with a queen bed. There are also two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds and two living areas. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Partial open-concept kitchen with dining and living area. The Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room has seating for ten plus four additional seats at the marble countertop bar. In addition, the home has upgraded carpet in two master suites and custom wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house.
The home has three beautifully upgraded bathrooms: two are ensuites, and the other is in the hallway, shared by the two children's rooms and one of the master bedrooms. The bathrooms have travertine and marble floors throughout; custom raised panel cabinetry, travertine/marble countertops, and custom patterned travertine/marble showers.
All bedrooms have 43-inch plasma TVs, and each living room has 50-inch TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet.
The game room is located in the garage. Games include ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. There are also strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for infants and toddlers—full-size washer and dryer. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
It's a nice short walk to Disneyland and the Disneyland tram. The home has central air and heat. You can watch Disneyland fireworks from the back and front yards.
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
