Wonderfully light and airy, the ground floor is flooded with natural light from the triple aspect windows. Underfloor heating adds extra warmth during chillier months, making you feel right at home. The contemporary style kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar, with a charming dining area for four situated just beyond. Comfortable sofas in the sitting area are appointed to enjoy the benefits of ambient light and warmth from the wood burning stove, making it a lovely spot to hunker down to watch a film on the Smart television. On sunny days, floor to ceiling bi-fold doors open up onto the patio and garden to welcome the outside in, allowing the fresh Norfolk air to drift through. Upstairs on the first floor, two inviting bedrooms are presented. The en-suite master bedroom hosts a double bed, with a king size zip and link bed (that can be made into twin beds on request) offered by bedroom two. A shower room is also located on this floor.

Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licenced, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments. Adjacent is five acres of playing fields, including two full size goals, a children's playground along with equipment designed to help coordination and balance, and a family area with picnic tables.
