Summary: 1. The microwave was broken and I couldn't use it, so I told the front desk, but they didn't respond in a sincere manner. As a result, I had to go back to return frozen products I had purchased at a convenience store. 2. The shade at the entrance cannot be closed from the outside, so when I temporarily leave the room, the inside is completely visible, which is a security concern.
