The property features a huge 8m x 4m dining and living area that features 4 meter wide bi-fold doors that open on to a gorgeous decking area & south facing garden. The garden is a total sun trap & perfect to relax in whether you are a party or a family. There is also a hot tub available for your use year round. The house sleeps a total of 18 people. The indoor amenities: The main space comprises of 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room ( 1 ensuite), 1 kitchen area, 4bedrooms and a huge dining area. The dining are boast 4 meter wide bifold doors that lead out to a large deck area with outdoor table and chairs and also a hot tub. Full kitchen as pictured with range 6 hob cooker Large dining room with 4 meter table Bathrooms include 3 wet room style showers with 2 toilets. Bedroom 1 features 2 king size beds and 2 singles above Bedroom 2 features 1 kingsize bed and 1 bunk bed Bedroom 3 features 2 bunk beds Bedroom 4 features 2 bunk beds The property is private to you and you will have full access to everything within the property. Codes will be provided to the driveway gates and to the property itself. The house itself is quite secluded but there are pubs a short distance away. The Rose and crown in wick is a 3 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk and the hollybush inn Bridgeyate is a very short drive away. Keynsham is the nearest train station to the property and around a 7 minute drive away. Parking is provided at the property and can host around 6-8 cars if necessary. Check in is at 3pm and check out is the 10am. DJ’s are not permitted at the property. Only the Bose SoundTouch 10 speaker system, that is provided for you, is to be used.
