Gorgeous and spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath residence, complemented by a separate studio guest house featuring a complete kitchen, situated in a serene neighborhood just minutes away from LAX. This home provides a comfortable living experience with upscale features such as heated floors, an impressive 82” TV, and panoramic views of both mountains and the city from its rooftop terrace. A sizable gated front yard adds to the charm, while the backyard boasts a relaxing hot tub for your enjoyment!
The space
Large enough to host two families and also perfect for coworkers. Close to LAX but no noise from the planes at all.
There are 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. 1 master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms each with queen size bed and share one bathroom with shower.
The second floors has an additional Master with king sized bed and a kids or multi-bed room with a full sized bed, 1 twin and an additional full size loft bed. There is a bathroom upstairs with oversized bath tub and second floor laundry room. The roof desk is also located off of this level.
The self contained guest studio is accessed through the backyard or privately through the driveway. It has a 55'' Smart tv, queen sized bed, full kitchen, bathroom and washer dryer.
Guest access
Free Guest parking is located on the street along side the house.
The owner parks their work van behind the gate in the driveway and uses the back shed for supplies. They pick up the Van around 8am and drop off around 5pm mon-fri. The garage and van are located on the backside of the property and its likely you won't ever see or hear them.
Other things to note
The play structure is wood and weathered. It's still usable but not brand new.
