Summary: Property was located on False River; Nice place to catch catfish and relax with private pier and beautiful view of the river and ducks. The property is older but you can tell has had renovations in the kitchen. The downstairs bed was very squeaky. We didn’t use the upstairs room. The couches could be updated. They were very lumpy. The shower is super small and not for a taller person. We did have to change the shower liner because it had mildew on it. Also, noticed some hair in the tub but overall the house was clean. No central air but does have window units. There is some construction going on on both sides of the house. However, it was not disturbing. There are some restaurants within 15 minutes or so if you want to eat out. And there’s a nice little town called St. Francisville that’s not far away. The host did answer questions and was friendly.
