Great schools (Millikan Magnet Middle-public, High Notre Dam-private) , shopping (Westfield Mall, Ross, Sport Authority), Banks (Bank of America) and restaurants in walking distance, minutes drive to Universal Studio, very close to Hollywood, Beverly Hills. 45 min drive to Disney Land, 25 minutes drive to Santa Monica. 2 minutes drive to 101 highway.
Apartment does not faces the street but the back of the house so very quite and private.
Apartment was completely renovated in Summer 2014, all the new furniture, linens, etc. was brought.
We supply cleaning supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, body lotions, laundry detergents for a minimum of one week stay to get you started. 2-3 changes of clean linens and towels. Hair dryer. House keeping available (for extra fee) upon request.

Sleeping arrangements: 4 persons in beds in bedrooms, 2 can sleep on the sofas in the living room (not pull out sofas). But when the sofas's pillows removed it is as big as a single beds
