Just remodeled this home so almost everything is new. Lucerne Valley is a quirky little town with no stop lights, no McDonald's, no Burger King.
We are on a paved road just a short distance to grocery store and restaurants. The property is fully fenced and about 22 miles from Big Bear and
not too far from Deep Creek Hot Springs. Excellent riding and hiking trails nearby. The cooling system is an evaporative cooler which works
nicely except in high humidity. No garage access at this time.

Summary: After being on the road for two days with pets, we checked in eager to shower and relax prior to visiting family. The house was clean and cool upon arrival. We especially appreciated walking into a cool house after driving in the heat and traffic all day! Our dogs had plenty of space to run and play in the enclosed yard. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and basic services were nearby. Lastly, you cannot beat the price! I would definitely stay a third time if the home is available when we visit again.
