There is superfast WIFI and central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.

The flat is located in the buzzing suburb of Hoxton. There is a food and bric a brac market on Saturdays nearby the flat and you can walk to Old St station in 10 minutes, or to Hoxton Overground in 5 minutes. There are a loads of great restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. There is also Shoreditch park which is only 5 minutes from the flat.
There are a large amount of options to get around. There is old st tube station, hoxton overground and lots of buses to connect you to different parts of London.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of the building so there are two flights of stairs to walk up. There is no lift.
There is a tv in the flat but it is not displayed in the pictures. Please note there is no regular programming but some apps.
Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3pm, but please be aware we do charge a £30 late check-in fee from 10pm to 8am.
Extra cleaning and linen services available upon request at an extra charge - please inquire for details. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
