The apartment is comfortably nestled in the Stone Ridge Historic District. A private one bedroom with king sized bed, living room with sofa-bed plus TV, bath, dining room and kitchenette with mini fridge. Kitchen on deck level opens out to a space to grill and dine outdoors.
The space
Comforting space with a king size bed in a private bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette and sleeper sofa in the living room. Five rooms total.
Host is available to you, if necessary, in neighboring apartment/office space.
Please be aware that, though the apartment is your private space, the rest of the building is occupied by others and on a main road so you will hear footsteps, washing machine, road noise, etc. Noise cancelling machine provided in bedroom for light sleepers.
Guest access
You will have private access to kitchenette, dining area, living area, one bedroom and your own private bathroom.
The deck with grill and picnic table is also for your enjoyment.
Access details will be provided beforehand.
Other things to note
The bedroom is on the front, northeast corner of the lower floor on Main Street.
I provide a noise cancelling machine to help drown out road noise or noise from neighboring units for light sleepers.
There is a hair dryer in the bathroom, ironing board and iron in the entryway closet.
Please keep the thermostat below 72 degrees unless there are special circumstances (please let me know).
If you are sensitive to noise, the apartment IS on Main Street and sound travels through this old building.
Pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals, or therapy dogs are not permitted on site. Only ADA Title III service animals are permitted. Please review the ADA’s service animal regulations for clarification and guidelines.
