The main home features a master bedroom with king-sized bed, full office, open plan kitchen with skylights, dining room, living room with cable TV (plus Netflix, Hulu, etc.), patio, and a basement studio level with Queen bed, bathroom, wet bar, rowing machine, and TV room (note: basement studio has 6'6" ceilings). In-house laundry and off-street parking available for one car. You additionally have full use of a detached garden studio with loft bed (requires climbing ladder), bathroom with rain shower under skylight, and cascading doors opening onto the deck.
