Positive: If you like the outdoors and a rustic setting, this is perfect . It's a peaceful cabin in the trees, lots of shade. The view from the balcony and bedroom are like you are in a tree house. It has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker with tea and coffee pods, a single small hotplate, and a toaster oven. There are dishes and a sink, sugar and powdered creamer. It has a small space heater and small a/c unit. We brought a small extension cord that we found very useful. A book, games or a craft is recommended as there is no t.v. There are trails that have an overlook and a small cave. 8 different rentals on the property so something for everyone. They have wifi if you want to stream a movie, however we didn't try it out. If you walk up the dirt road you will see the property's other rentals and trails.

Negative: This unit did not have a full stove but some of the other units do. The upstairs room is difficult for adults, you have to crawl in and out but it's perfect for kids. The bathroom is outside so bring a flashlight and slip on shoes for night bathroom trips. You will also need shampoo and soap for the tub/shower but there are towels, washcloths and soap for the sink.

Summary: The only reason not a 10 for us is bathroom is outside, and not a full stove. We will be back!
