Positive: The room was lovely and felt incredibly cozy. Having a private onsen right in our room was a highlight; it was so convenient and added a special touch to our stay. While the meals(breakfast and dinner) were good, I felt that for the price point, the menu could offer more variety and higher-quality ingredients to better reflect the value. We were impressed by the friendly service throughout our stay. The manager, especially, went above and beyond to provide a warm welcome, making our visit feel very special.
