No other animals are permitted on the premises. As a condition of the rental agreement, the guest must provide a current photograph of each dog, proof of active flea and tick protection, proof of current rabies vaccination, and proof of grooming prior to arrival.
Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, provided the incident is reported to the host before checkout.
