House has 4 bedrooms,2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with open living room with fireplace.We are located in a gated community with 24-hours security patrol. Weber grill outside and fire pit.Full size pool table,foosball table,dartboard.We have kayak,paddle board and life jackets.No pets.No fireworks.You must be at least 25 years old to book. All reservations must be made at least a week before your arrival because we need to register all the guests
