The spacious backyard provides almost any conceivable amenity, including a solar-heated infinity swimming pool complete with a 90 foot water slide and Jacuzzi, a putting green, basketball hoop, cornhole boards, ping pong table, and even a 70” flat screen TV to watch sports or movie night outdoors under the stars! A fire pit complete with rocking Adirondack chairs provides a great place to sit and relax, and swinging hammock chairs are suspended from the roof of a pergola close to the pool. An upper outdoor patio also feature a fire table with chairs to enjoy drinks around, an umbrella dining table, and a full outdoor cooking set up, including a grill, countertops, and an outdoor fridge. Up the steps to the upper level of the backyard, you’ll find the perfect play area for the kids, complete with a play structure in a sand pit, and a trampoline! This house has just about every amenity you could ask for! The pool has additional heating for an additional $175/day with a 3 day minimum, but the unheated pool is included in your stay.
The interior of the main house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate at least 16 people. Three of the bedrooms contain queen size beds, a fourth contains a queen size bed and a single bed, and a fifth bedroom contains three double beds, while the master bedroom has a king size bed and a crib. A game room in the house features a pool table, foosball table, and a smart TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen includes a gourmet fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster, and features a breakfast bar at the island, and a full dining table.
