To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a garden with furniture. Little Ivy will suit couples who will enjoy short walk to the Lulworth cove and pub. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: off road allocated parking for ONE small/medium vehicle only (size restriction of 5m length x 2.25m width with an entrance drive width of 2.8m). Nearest public pay and display car park is Lulworth Cove BH20 5RS (approximately 15 min walk)
Note: please be aware gardeners will be attending the property intermittently throughout the year for essential garden maintenance and will require access to the outbuildings.
