The private rear yard is fenced and enjoys morning sun, has an enlarged patio that is partly covered with dining set. Home includes a BBQ, and washer & dryer. Home is walking distance to the Sunset View Clubhouse, Bocci Ball and Boulevards restaurant. The Lakeview Clubhouse is for renters use and is less than a mile away.
