Located in Tri Palms Estates, Thousand Palms, California (off Interstate 10). Perfectly situated 15 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport or the El Passeo Premier Shopping in Palm Desert , 20 min into the stylish heart of the Palm Springs downtown and 5 minutes to Costco,Walmart,Regal Movie theatre and a wide assortment of restaurants. It is the perfect hidden place for your getaway in to the beautiful Palm Springs Desert providing a peek into the beauty of the mountain and the stunning presence of the typical Palm Trees of the desert. Our home is designed for a very relaxing time away from the stressing everyday life. It has a beautiful private landscaped yard and is on a quiet Cul de Sac. It is a 1300 sq foot home with a large south facing covered deck where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee and breakfast in the lovely morning sun. Inside it features 2 bedrooms,(master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite) 2 bathrooms an open concept wide, spacious and full of daylight living room with vaulted ceiling, seated dining area, kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The Tri Palm Estates has a Club House, two swimming pools, two jacuzzi, restaurant, bar, shuffle board, pickle ball, tennis court , 18 hole and a par 3 nine hole green golf course. All utilities that are included are: Internet, Power, Water, Gas and Garbage/ Recycle. We do not have a Golf cart. We also will only take a minimum 3 month booking due to shortage of cleaning staff. Our last winter tenants enjoyed their stay at our home in Tri Palms so much that they bought their own home. No pets and no smoking please.
