House Rules
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•Climbing the ladder and accessing the open space above the rooftop is prohibited for your safety.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund.
•Checkin time is 4 PM - 2 AM
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets
•Checkout time is 10 AM.

These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.

We provide a contactless self check in through the front door with access to the entire house. There's plenty of street parking. Look for street sweeping signs which shows sweeping is on FRIDAY and THURSDAY on opposite sides of the street.
