This well located rental is just two blocks to the ocean and one block to "2nd Street and minutes to Long Beach airport. 2nd Street is a well known shopping district that is home to more than 250 businesses where you will find almost everything that you need. Just eight blocks to the bay and you are swimming, boating, kayaking and paddling boarding. A Vons grocery store is within walking distance. As owners we are in the unit below. Don't worry this building was built in 1929 of thick redwood, you will not hear us and we don't hear you. But, if you need help or information at any time we are here.
