along with a ground level wading pool. You and your family and guests will
enjoy the close proximity to San Diego's finest attractions , the World Famous
San Diego Zoo and beautiful Balboa Park as well as all that La Jolla has to
offer, are only a 25 minute drive away. The San Diego International airport
is only 8 miles away, allowing extra time to explore the area on your arrival
day if you are flying into San Diego.
The home has a total of 4 luxurious bedrooms all decorated with finest
touches. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed , the first guest bedroom has
queen, the second guest bedroom a and the third guest bedroom has a Queen
bed as well as a full trundle bed this room has a full bathroom. One of these
bedrooms downstairs has a private shower. It is a large very nice shower.
Among all of this there is also one half bath .
The outdoor entertaining area boasts a complete outdoor grilling experience
with a full size electric grill with plenty of prep space and a full size sink
There is a full size outdoor dining table for feasting outside to soak up that
Southern California Sunshine!
The backyard not only provides the salt water pool and wading spa, one can
relax in the evenings in the stand alone hot tub and reflect on the incredible
experiences of the day. There are lounge chairs around the pool to soak up
the sun!
The bright and airy kitchen has everything you need, stainless steel
appliances , granite countertops and plenty of counter space. There is a
formal and elegant dining room adjacent to the kitchen. There is a gas
fireplace to help set a relaxing mood in the living room and everyone can sit
back and watch a movie on the large wall mounted Smart TV. The home invites
entertaining with you, your family and guests,. There is a Xbox with multiple
games as well as a Nintendo Switch to keep everyone entertained and enjoying
each others company.
2 cars are allowed in driveway with street parking as well.
