Bright green ficus hedges with splashes of bougainvillea frame the perimeter of the backyard with complete privacy allowing you to bask in the desert sun while relaxing in your sparkling pool & spa. A covered patio with an outdoor living room and a brand new Fire Pit, is perfect for entertaining, lounging, or napping. Chaise lounges are placed around the pool for sunbathing while umbrellas provide shade to read the latest bestselling novel and enjoy a cool drink. Guests can grill on the brand new BBQ Island and enjoy al fresco dining pool side. At night both the pool and grounds are lit and guests can enjoy cocktails by the pool or gaze at the star-filled desert sky from the cozy warmth and invigorating massage of the jetted spa.

Kitchen is also fully equipped with brand new cookware, dinnerware, barware, cooking utensils & silverware for dining indoors and outside. Casa Del Sol also provides plenty of parking with a large 3-car garage that has direct access to the inside.
All three bedrooms of this Palm Springs vacation home are furnished with brand new furniture, 55" LED flat screen HDTV in each room, quality linens, bed coverings and window coverings that block the morning light if you want to sleep in as late as you want - you are on vacation after all !!!
The Master suite has its own sliding glass door with access to backyard, a walk-in closet, master bath, California King bed and 55” LED flat screen HDTV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are colorfully decorated with mid-century furnishings, artwork and King and Queen beds.
Both master and guest bathrooms have been completely remodeled and are fully stocked with brand new, high quality towels. Linen closet is filled with towels for the pool, extra linens and blankets.
