The main house is available for use along with the side yard. Our garage is a converted garage so we do have another Airbnb unit and ask visitors to be respectful and mindful of this other unit.

The event has to be held in the side yard not the front. All trash needs to be put into containers and if It does not fit it needs to be taken away. All decorations need to be taken back as well. Balloons, confetti and glitter must all be picked up. They create tiny particles and the guests staying are responsible to clean this to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
