Summary: No toilet paper except the role out of my truck, shampoo had a 1/2 pump left, no soap in shower pump. Host was in the back yard pulling weeds and smoking a cigarette when we got there ( which was over 3 hours past our check in time ). There was no way to make coffee in the morning, the rear deck in need of repairs, railroad ties are rotten and not safe. I could list more but wont.
