Positive: The house ,although an old house was nice.

Negative: We were VERY VERY disappointed in what we ended up with. It is advertised as a 7 bedroom home. Part of our group arrived at the 4:00 pm arrival time. I got a call saying it was there were only 5 bedrooms. When I arrived I tried to call and text to the owners but got no response. A man ,who we found out was living in the basement ,told us we had to go around to the back of the house and climb some stairs that we could find a stairway to 2 more bedrooms . Only the next day did we find a locked door that allowed us to take stairs to the downstairs kitchen. After one lady fell on the tiny curved steps we finally removing the lock set we finally gained access . We then found another locked door that allowed access to the second floor and a good set of steps with hand rails. I call and text the owners to have it opened and was told someone would come and open it. Later in got a message there was a lockbox in the laundry with the key in it. Opened lock box, no key. Sent a text. No reply. An hour later we found another lockbox in a stairwell that contained the key. Texted the owners telling we had found a key. Within 2 minutes we got a call saying they were glad we found it. Owner assistance WAS BAD. BAD. BAD . There were dozens of extra pillows. So many it took up a lot of room space just to store them.. Internet is nearly non-existent. I myself could not get on with a tablet the whole week. Suggestion: get rid of the pillows and get better Internet . With the amount we paid for cleaning, the whole place should be a lot cleaner. Main things, beds, kitchen, and baths were satisfactory but window sills, steps, and porch were dirty.. We also thought we had the whole house but found we had a guy in the basement, another lady lived in a room behind the kitchen and the garage behind the house seemed to have people in it. It is more a bording house than a vacation stay. The yard was in terrible shape.
