The Space:
Staying beside the seaside doesn’t get much more enjoyable than this. Here’s a 2 bedroom apartment with amazing panoramic views of the sea and Bognor Regis pier from the balcony at the front of the property. And it’s a property that’s an iconic, listed seafront building with pillars at the entrance that’s been recently refurbished throughout.
The balcony is accessible from the apartment’s open plan living room/dining area and kitchen. This features comfy seating from which you can enjoy that amazing sea view. And the view of the flatscreen TV is pretty good too! There’s also a dining table with room for 4 to sit and enjoy any snacks or meals you choose to prepare in the kitchen that features modern countertops, cupboards and appliances.
One of the two bedrooms is at the front of the apartment, with amazing sea views to wake up to every morning. The second bedroom is at the back, with a double and single bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
In between the bedrooms is the bathroom, a space that’s been recently refurbished, featuring a tub with shower overhead plus a washbasin and WC.
