Very Cosy holiday home. A perfect holiday park for everyone to take a break and relax in a peaceful environment. Large living room with a well-equipped kitchen. The holiday home is just a few minutes walk from Sheerness Beach and a beautiful coastline for walking. Sheerness has fabulous eateries and coffee shops.
The space
A cosy 2 bed Holiday Home located at Sheerness Holiday Park on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent. Sheerness Holiday Park offers an indoor swimming pool, Kings Ferry Clubhouse, Marvin’s Monkey Club, the Shopping KIOSK and Playground within the Holiday Park complex. Just outside the Holiday Park, you can choose from a number of water sports available along the beautiful coastline or relax on one of the many gorgeous beaches. Or you may prefer to go seal watching or enjoy a journey on a steam railway. You couldn’t pick a better location than this one if you are planning to visit Kent attractions such as Leeds Castle, Rochester (castle & cathedral), the historic Chatham Dockyard, Howlett’s Zoo, and the Hop Farm, as all of these tourist attractions are within a short driving distance, which makes the holiday home a perfect location of choice for holidaymakers as well as for those who are looking for family staycations.
Accommodation comprises a Double Bedroom with a wardrobe and bunk beds with a wardrobe. Well equipped galley kitchen leading to an open plan lounge with double sofa bed, dining area, smart television and free WiFi provided.
Bathroom with power shower.
A great little base for a fun-filled family holiday exploring the beach and everything the park has to offers.
Outside
The location is in a quiet neighbourhood with a holiday environment, offering a place for everyone. The train station is within 5 minutes driving distance from the holiday park. But most importantly, all of the local amenities, such as bars, restaurants, and many more eateries are also within a 5 -minute driving distance from the holiday park. Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire holiday as we want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request extra cleaning during your stay.

Parking
The property has a parking facility for 2 large cars or vans outside the holiday home.
Check-In / Check Out
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Travel Cot & Highchair
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair requests cannot be met at this moment.

Please look after the equipment for your use- provided in the Caravan and do not smoke inside the caravan.
