We appreciate the utmost respect for the house and garden space equally. No climbing the decking which has the Bonsai tree or interference of flower beds. Any damage to garden trees will need to be compensated as this is a huge Airbnb feature for our guests.
There will be a gardener who waters the back and front garden most mornings.
No parties allowed as It is a quiet and elderly neighbourhood.
Strictly no pets.
Chiminea can be used but must be monitored and put out after use.
