Named for the statue of Poseidon standing watch over the front entrance, this generously sized 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, plus it has great separation of bedrooms for when you want some private time. Nicely updated, yet still retaining its desert midcentury roots.
The main house is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, anchored in the middle by the great room and well-equipped, updated cook’s kitchen with professional grade appliances. The kid’s room with dual bunk beds and hall bathroom is at the north end of the house, and at the south end is another guest bedroom, bathroom, and the spacious Master bedroom with its own indulgently designed bathroom with a walk-through shower and access to a private side patio with its own mountain view.
There is also a 2 bedroom casita on the east end of the property with a lounge, full kitchen, guest bathroom and 2 private bedrooms. All bedrooms at this home have a flat screen TV.
Out back, where you’ll likely spend most of your time, is a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of lounge seating, both under the covered patio and poolside, as well as a conversation fire pit for chilly evenings, and a barbecue station. The lush landscaping with privacy hedges and grass area helps create a personal resort-like atmosphere. There is even a EV charger for your electric car too!
