Also in this space is a kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, wine cooler, microwave & sink, dedicated a/c unit, and direct-access to the front and back yards respectively.
Bedroom #2 is the Guest Room and has a queen size bed with adjustable base, darkening shades, 43” smart TV, and closet.
Bedroom #3 is used as a TV Room and has a premium pull-out sofa, closet, and 55" smart TV. Please note the TV Room is also a pass-through to the Primary Bedroom featuring lockable “hotel doors” for privacy.
The guest bath is located in the hallway opposite Bedroom #2 and the TV Room. This bathroom has a bath tub with both fixed and hand-held shower heads.
