There are 2 small dogs and 2 cats (all pets are indoor only). If you don't like animals - you will not be a good fit here.
The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom (shower and jacquezzi -tub). .

I have lived in this area for nearly 20 years and we have a large group of friends from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I am very easy-going and informal.
I recently hosted a teacher from Japan for 2 months. He told me he loved the neighborhood, the park, the great weather, our house, pets and he was a musician who was able to feel comfortable practicing his singing and ukulele while he was here. He also mentioned that he really like the healthier foods we had available, as that was one of his concerns prior to his visit.
Our neighborhood High School is Tustin High School. TUSD allows transfers to other Tustin High schools, based on a lottery system.
