Accessibility: Please note that while this is a first-floor condo and the rental is 1 floor, there are several steps required to enter the building and the unit itself.
Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and will incur a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, our 4pm check-in time and 10am check-out time stands.
Parking: We provide one free parking space in the garage. Please be aware the garage is not suitable for vehicles larger than a small SUV. If you have a larger vehicle, let us know in advance, and we will provide a guest pass for street parking.
