Spanning 1 acre, the property features a spacious one-bedroom home with a wrap-around enclosed sunroom, as well as a guest cabin with an open living and sleeping area, kitchen, and full bathroom.

The living room area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie on the large screen television with surround sound from the Sonos system installed in the ceiling. It consists of:
