The home is literally on the Boardwalk where you will be sitting just steps to the Beach + Bay. Not to mention the convenience of having the main street, Marine Ave just around the corner where you can walk to all the shops, restaurants + sweet treats (the famous frozen bananas at Dad's)
The home is a duplex, you will have access to upper level apartment.
It has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (one with a laundry area). The Master bedroom consists of a King Bed and a Day Bed that also has a trundle (two twins). Second Bedroom has a King bed and a chair that opens up into a twin bed. The third bedroom consists of a bunkbed (queen over queen). Access to the rooftop through a ladder with tremendous views of the Newport Bay. The kitchen is fully remodelled and the spacious living/dining room opens up to another amazing view of the bay with a balcony.
