Primary bathroom with tub/shower, toilet & sink and second bathroom with toilet & sink. Deck with plants, flowers, hummingbirds, chairs, and an amazing view. Fans for comfort. Sitting areas and Cornhole game in the yard. Plenty of parking. Great restaurants (best sushi in Marin) and movie theater in town. Outstanding groceries at the Good Earth. Live music most nights in town! Short drive from the house to enjoy local lakes, redwoods and golfing. 30 Mins from the Golden Gate Bridge, 45 mins to Point Reyes National seashore or Muir woods, and just a little further to Stinson Beach.
The road from town to the house is windy, like all of the roads in our town, and the driveway is up a small hill. Take it slow and it's no big deal.
