Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is excellent. Easy walking distance to city center and Lake Eola park.

Negative: Carpet has been removed from bedrooms leaving bare concrete floors with area rugs. The bare concrete could work but it appears there has been no professional patching, grinding and polishing. The master bath is in desperate need of renovation. The walls around the shower are damaged from long-standing water leaks. There is black mold at the base of the shower glass. The floor tile grout lines are soiled. The bedding is worn and shabby. Living room area and bedrooms are poorly lighted.

Summary: Location is great, nicely maintained building with secure parking, unit is not well maintained.
