A guest apartment with efficiency kitchen is attached to the main house and graces the free-form pool and spa. The pool house is not included with the rental and is used as storage for the owners. An extensive patio with built-in heaters wraps around the back of the home creating optimal outdoor living at it's finest!
AC available in the primary bedroom and the attached 2nd unit. There are roses, raised planting beds, and many producing fruit trees (avocados, citrus, etc.) in the garden and fully fenced yard. *PETS: ONLY 3 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.
*POOL LIABILITY WAIVER: once booked, we will request the guest's direct email address to finalize the standard pool liability waiver that is required. The pool is unheated, and the spa can be controlled by a tablet in the house, or remotely by our team members.
*Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, outdoor space and hot tub after every guest. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly.
