We want to reassure future guests that a licensed pest management company inspected the home and confirmed there is no infestation. The roach seen was an American roach, which can occasionally enter through sinks in spring. We had the pest control spray the perimeter of the house, which is a preventative treatment to avoid future issues.
Additionally, our HVAC company identified a burnt wire, which has been repaired. It was a routine maintenance issue, and we don’t expect any further A/C problems.
