Summary: The room I felt wasn’t very clean especially the bathroom we were finding previous persons hair in there, there was also no handwash, the mattress was so uncomfortable it dipped into the middle and was very hard, we also paid for the spa which is very nice in need of an upgrade so many things broken and the description on the website is very different to when your there, there was meant to be a plunge pool, there wasn’t it had been replaced with a sauna which wasn’t working
