External utility room and external freezer (shared with other properties on-site). Shared, fenced exercise field for dogs, with picnic bench. No smoking. The Coach House Loft is set on the first floor and has been sympathetically created within the detached Coach House, also boasting a private patio garden with its own Jacuzzi hot tub and parking for 2 cars.
It is furnished to a high standard and all the modern amenities you need to make it a comfortable home from home. It has Ekornes reclining furniture and smart TV to relax by the dual aspect wood burner or take a dip in your private Jacuzzi hot tub on a starry night.
The bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a large walk in shower and electric towel radiator. Relax in comfort in the oak king size bed with feather bedding and bespoke soft furnishings whilst watching the embers die down in the dual aspect log burner. We provide all your logs to help you enjoy a cosy retreat.
The kitchen is very well equipped for your cooking needs. As well as a dishwasher, there is a fridge freezer with access to additional freezer space in your shared utility room on the ground floor where you will also find the washing machine.
One well behaved dog is very welcome to enjoy the communal fenced exercise paddock.
Located 2 miles from the coastal path with scenic views and a wealth of wildlife, it is a great area for walking or exploring the coastal towns and villages of Cardigan Bay. There are market towns and heritage sites further afield too. There are dark sky sites near bye and what better way to enjoy the stars than relaxing in your hot tub or enjoying a sunny afternoon sitting in your patio garden.

The wood burning stove has a dual aspect to the bedroom and there is no room for a cot and no children permitted on site.
Guests are asked to bring your own towels/robes for the hot tub.
