Our private property is a very modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment. The property has been newly built by myself.. We live on site and guests can always contact us via mobiles. Great location. Few independent shops across the road. Victoria Park is also across the road, including a splash pad/playground, café and plenty of green spaces for a long stroll with a ice cream. Plenty of lovely places to eat or drink and independent shops along Cowbridge Road and well within walking distance approx 5 mins including an award winning fish and chip shop, Fintans. There are plenty of things to do around the area, such as Cardiff City Centre, Cardiff Castle, Pontcanna fields, Cardiff City Football Ground and the Principality Stadium. All a short drive of approx 10 mins. There is public transport available outside the property and across the road. Capital Shopping Park is just a 8 min car journey or approx 30 minute walk, shops include, Asda, Next, Costco, Hobbycraft, Smyths, Mamas & Papas, Nando’s, Starbucks, B&M, SCS, Ladbrokes, The Card Factory, Specsavers, Les Croupiers Casino, Sports Direct, Greggs, Costa Coffee, and the Good World Chinese Restaurant.
