On the ground floor is an open-plan living/dining/kitchen and boot room/lobby/cloakroom. Outside is an enclosed garden with patio and five acres of meadow and stream to wander, plus parking for one car. About five miles from the small towns of Okehampton and Chagford, The Linhay is a super base for walking and cycling Dartmoor.
