Situated in the main Midhurst High Street, ideally located for a vast array of great restaurants & cafes, all within walking distance. Points of interest are the South Downs Arundel Castle the Witterings Goodwood racing, Cowdray Park polo, Goodwood Festival of Speed & the Goodwood Revival Its a great location for all of these events.
I bought this apartment as a near derelict squat it has been a labour of love carefully restoring it to the stunning apartment it is today.
Two bedroom apartment. Fabulous position, wealth of character & beautifully luxury styled home. Fully fitted kitchen with a Range cooker. With everything you could require & more. There’s also a Nespresso coffee maker & microwave. The bathroom has a luxury large shower area in a shaped bath. Heated towel rail & underfloor heating.
WiFi & Smart TV & Sky channels & a WiFi printer.
Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes a chest of drawers. Plenty of storage.
The Master Bedroom has a Superking sized bed. Shabby Chic romantic feel. Up cycled hand painted furniture restored by myself. It has USB wall sockets.
A combination boiler & full central heating with cast iron radiators. An open fire with logs.
I have a Smart Key system so I can accommodate arrivals at anytime.

We rented the property at Flat 2 Thomond House last year during the summer. We loved it so much that we returned this year to stay again. It really felt like a home with beautiful, cosy decoration and perfect utilities. The flat is furnished very nicely and makes great use of the space to make it feel bigger. The bed is probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and the bathroom and kitchen have everything you need to feel at home.
The location is ideal as you can walk on to the high street and have easy access to the restaurants, shops and gym as well as being able to park just outside or round the corner. Laura the landlady was frieNdly and easy to deal with and helped us out with anything we needed. We loved staying here and would definitely go back again.
