The home is outfitted in farm house style living over looking the lake. You have full access to the boat house to park your boat for an early and quick departure. Located on Lanan Bay if water sports is the thing, they have and area near by for it. Late in the afternoon you can enjoy grilling and sitting on the waters edge near the fire pit. This location is highly sought after for its location at mid-lake. 5 minutes to Toledo Town. If pier fishing is what you looking for, you can't beat this location.
